The good news is you are not alone, we can continue to offer support and advice long after a machine is installed. We can provide telephone & skype webcam assistance saving you a huge amount of money on the cost of having to call out an engineer just to diagnose a problem, which could lead to further visits to install parts or make the repairs.
Quite often the problem can be resolved via webcam at hardly any cost at all, but if we do detect a problem which requires further attention, our engineers are equipped and ready to resolve it usually within 24 hours in the UK. We hold or can quickly source a large range of press spares and our rapid response approach of course means less press downtime for you, and so less loss of revenue all round.
Diverse can provide servicing to suit your budget. You can take out yearly warranties to cover all major parts, or choose yearly service contracts to keep your equipment in premium condition, reducing the chance of any breakdowns. These options can be easily paid for via direct debit on a monthly basis to spread out the cost.
If you have a DI press which you did not purchase from Diverse, while we cannot offer free advice we my still be able to help. We can quote you on the costs of a visit to diagnose your press problem. We can then provide a further in-depth quotation for parts and labour to get you up and running again.
